Our design process resulted in a house that is functional for a family in the 21st century, whilst regaining beautiful Georgian details and charm that bring this property back to its former glory..
Central Ave Garage
Located in the suburbs of Phoenix, this expansive garage addition was custom-designed to complement a large existing residence while introducing a dynamic new environment for both storage and leisure. The client’s vision was clear: a refined yet functional space to house a portion of his luxury car collection, accommodate daily vehicles, and create an engaging setting for fitness and family entertainment.
The result is a multi-purpose building featuring a spacious open layout equipped with premium amenities, including a gym, golf simulator, a hidden speakeasy, and a large entertainment area that can effortlessly transform into a sports bar or private cinema. A rooftop deck was also integrated into the design, offering elevated views over the backyard sports court—perfect for casual gatherings or watching the action below.
The design uses clean modern lines, high ceilings, and abundant natural light, to create a comfortable, sophisticated atmosphere that caters to both adults and children. Carefully tailored to the homeowner’s lifestyle, the space doubles as a family retreat and a vibrant gathering place, balancing practical storage needs with thoughtful recreational features.
